I bring a unique perspective to my counselling practice, drawing on my two master’s degrees: one in Counselling Psychology and another in Organizational Systems. My holistic approach integrates mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive-behavioural strategies and somatic awareness techniques to address the inter-connectedness of mind and body.
Ultimately, you want to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life, and are driven by a desire to cultivate inner peace and authenticity. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build healthier coping strategies, and help you reconnect with your true self. Let’s collaborate on a path to healing and growth that feels authentic to you.
