For 1st time adult patients. I'll go over your health history, do a thorough, full body assessment and give you an introductory treatment. The goal of this first apt is to make sure osteopathic treatment is safe for your body, and to start the process of finding out what is causing you pain. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that your body can easily move in. Not tight or bulky (jeans, hoodie).
Initial consultation includes assessment and treatment.
Adult treatment for 1st time patients. We will go over your health history, initial evaluation, treatment plan and initial treatment.
For your baby and child's first time. I'll go over your child's health history, do a full body assessment and give your child a treatment. The goal of this first apt is to make sure osteopathic treatment is safe for child and start the process of finding out what is causing them pain, difficulty feeding, sleeping, digesting or behaviour problems.
Children Under 9 - Follow up
For new patients: book in a 15 minute video consult to determine if osteopathy is a fit for you.

This appointment includes a general re-assessment and treatment. This appointment is for younger children ages 2-11 years lasting 20 minutes. Parent/Guardian must be present for appointment duration.
