I believe that with compassion and softness, we can learn to access the deep layers of who we are and activate our innate capacity to heal. We all develop coping strategies to exist when we are not given the support and guidance necessary to feel confident to be ourselves. I am here to collaborate and guide you to your beautiful journey back towards yourself.

I work with individuals and couples that have gone through trauma, addiction, life transitions (including immigration and grief), eating disorders, anxiety, depression and learning about their neurodiversity. To address these varied needs,
I draw upon a blend of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, IFS parts work, Psychodrama, Gestalt, Somatic, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. Guided by a commitment to empathy and a multicultural, anti-oppressive perspective, I aim to foster a collaborative environment where your strengths are recognized and nurtured, facilitating adaptive changes in your life.
My professional journey encompasses providing counselling services at a mental health and addictions center, as well as contributing to a non-profit organization specializing in intimate partner violence. As an RCC affiliated with the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), I hold a Masters of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. My practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches and informed by neurobiology, delivered in a dynamic and creative manner.
As a professional, I believe in continued growth so that I am able to offer approaches that are tailored to be a best fit for each of my clients. Some of my recent professional development learning includes:
