AjouterPaula is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2023.
Originally from the Ottawa Valley, Paula moved to the Quinte West area to pursue her post-secondary education and settled in the area. Paula has always lived an active lifestyle. Growing up as a competitive athlete and having experienced the benefits of massage therapy herself, Paula provides her clients with care and knowledge to improve and maintain their overall health and wellness. She continues to update her skills and scope of practice through continuing education courses, reading, and seminars. In her free time, Paula enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

A Follow-Up Therapeutic Osteopathic Massage builds upon the findings from your initial assessment and focuses on continuing your personalized treatment plan. Each session begins with a review of your progress, current concerns, and any changes in symptoms or movement patterns. Using a combination of osteopathic principles and therapeutic massage techniques, the practitioner targets areas of tension, restriction, and imbalance to help improve body function and support recovery. Treatment may include soft tissue therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization, stretching, and other hands-on approaches tailored to your individual needs. Follow-up sessions are designed to address your body’s changing needs, build upon previous progress, and support long-term improvements in movement, comfort, and physical function.
An Initial Therapeutic Osteopathic Massage combines the principles of osteopathic assessment with therapeutic massage techniques to identify areas of tension, restriction, and imbalance within the body. This first appointment includes a detailed health history, movement assessment, and hands-on evaluation to better understand your individual needs and develop a personalized treatment approach. During the session, the practitioner uses a variety of gentle and targeted techniques, including soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, and relaxation techniques to help improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and restore balance within the body. Your initial session is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your body’s needs while creating a treatment plan focused on improving function, relieving discomfort, and supporting long-term health.
