Motherhood has a way of bringing our own stories to the surface. The ways we learned to cope, the beliefs we carry about ourselves, and the patterns we inherited often become more noticeable when we're trying to raise children differently. If you've ever found yourself reacting in ways you don't understand, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load, or wondering why parenting feels so much harder than you expected, you're not alone.

Together, we'll gently explore both the roots and the branches—the experiences and beliefs that have shaped you, alongside the day-to-day challenges you're facing right now. By understanding your nervous system, healing old wounds, and building greater self-awareness, therapy can help you respond with more intention, experience greater compassion for yourself, and create the kind of relationships you want with your children, your partner, and yourself.
My approach is holistic and deeply personalized, blending Parts Work, Transactional Analysis, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and spiritually integrated practices. For clients who feel drawn to it, I may also incorporate tarot, oracle cards, ritual, crystals, incense, or imagery as gentle tools for reflection, meaning-making, nervous system regulation, and self-connection. These practices are always optional and guided by your comfort and beliefs.
I believe healing happens when every part of you is welcomed with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether you're navigating the identity shift into motherhood, healing from past experiences, breaking generational cycles, or simply longing to feel more grounded and like yourself again, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
