Taking care of my body, mind, and soul have always been a priority in my life. I enjoy taking time learning how to optimize my health and now use that knowledge as a way to contribute to, and connect with my community. For years, I was an avid yoga and CrossFit practitioner. I had the opportunity to learn from great teachers. I also sustained a few injuries from pushing myself too hard. One of my teachers introduced me to Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch, and with the support of a team of physical therapists and my Kinstretch practice, I built a more resilient body. I now use these practices to help my clients do the same. I recently began my journey to complete a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Science (2027). When I'm not coaching clients, I spend time with my husband and my 5-year-old son. We love playing outside (when the weather allows), building Legos or pretending we are dinosaurs, and chasing each other all over the house. At 50, I feel lucky to have a body that can quickly respond and recover from the exertion of trying to keep up with my son!
