Pranita Mahadik is a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist committed to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. She completed her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from MGM Institute of Health Sciences in India and further enhanced her healthcare education in Canada with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Fleming College. Pranita has gained valuable clinical experience working in outpatient physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and long-term care settings. She has previously worked as a Resident Physiotherapist at a clinic, where she performed comprehensive assessments and developed individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and functional needs. Her treatment approach focuses on evidence-based physiotherapy, combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to support recovery and long-term health. Pranita has experience treating a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility limitations, and balance impairments. Pranita believes in empowering her patients through education and active rehabilitation, helping them build confidence and regain independence in their daily lives. This 4-week small-group program is designed specifically for postpartum clients up to 12 months after birth (or until your child is walking). Each class focuses on core and pelvic floor strengthening, with additional exercises to improve posture, stability, and overall body confidence. We’ll address common postpartum concerns such as low back, hip, neck, and pelvic pain.
