Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, he worked as a personal trainer, developing a strong foundation in exercise science, injury prevention, and strength training, later acquiring the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Having personally experienced recurring ankle sprains and chronic muscular tension, Preston understands the challenges of recovery and the importance of preventative care. This perspective shapes his approach in the treatment room, where he is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of his patients by blending his kinesiology background with massage therapy into effective treatment and individualized home care. Outside of work, Preston stays active through hiking, snowboarding, lifting weights, basketball, and running — pursuits that fuel his passion for health, movement, and long-term wellness.
