I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a client-centred approach to care. I work with a wide range of concerns and tailor each session to what your body needs. My treatment style blends Swedish massage with a more clinical, acupressure-inspired approach. I’m especially attentive to the connection between the nervous system, stress, and physical pain, and I aim to create treatments that feel both effective and grounding.

Outside the clinic, I’m an animal lover who loves quality time on the couch with a good movie or TV show with my cat, traveling to new places despite a fear of flying, regretting all my life choices while hiking the Grouse Grind, and surviving down the mountain while my body attempts skiing. I value curiosity, humour, and meeting people where they’re at, both on and off the table.

This is a 60 minute prenatal massage therapy session that aims to help alleviate aches and strains associated with pregnancy and to enhance the wellbeing of expectant mothers.
