A recent RMT graduate, Quentin grew up in Richmond where he has been playing sports his whole life. He played basketball and ultimate frisbee competitively through highschool and now loves to try new sports and other activities. Nowadays, he enjoys outdoor activities which include running, hiking, snowboarding, and recently, bouldering! He experienced various sports-related injuries at an early age and found his passion for helping others after seeing the impact that health care practitioners had to help him rehabilitate from his injuries. Quentin understands that every person that comes in will be different, and that personalized treatment plans are important. Quentin’s treatments consist of trigger point release, Swedish massage, PNF stretching, and joint mobilizations. After every treatment, he prescribes personalized homecare which can include stretching and strengthening exercises as he believes a combination of manual therapy and exercise can help with the effectiveness of the treatment even beyond the clinic! Quentin strives to help impact the community by encouraging active lifestyles and helping others doing what they love, pain-free!
