About Raagini
Their own wordsRaagini Appadurai is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a University of Toronto graduate with a Master’s degree in Education and Social Justice. She holds nearly 15 years of cross-sector experience as an educator, organizational consultant, social impact strategist, DEI leader, and advanced facilitator. Through this work, she brings a grounded understanding of people and systems into a coaching practice that is both solution-focused and soulful.
Raagini’s work sits at the intersection of personal development, education, and systems-level change. She supports individuals, teams, and organizations to lead with authenticity and to align inner clarity with meaningful, sustainable impact—in life and at work.
As a coach, Raagini works with adults, leaders, and young people navigating transitions, identity exploration, and meaningful decision-making. Her coaching approach is holistic and solution-focused, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and trust in each client’s innate wisdom.
Alongside her coaching practice, Raagini has extensive experience in educational consulting, program development, and youth mentorship. She has designed and led equity-centered programs within schools, non-profits, and educational institutions, including private education and nationally recognized youth-serving organizations such as Mosaic Institute. Her work with youth and families includes mentoring young people on educational and career pathways, supporting identity development and engagement, and advising caregivers on creating structures that foster learning, wellbeing, and confidence.
Across both roles, Raagini’s practice weaves together neuro-embodied coaching, liberatory leadership frameworks, and a deep respect for human complexity, creativity, and wholeness. She is dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces that help clients move forward in ways that feel intentional, grounded, and sustainable.
ConsultationNew patient
“Consultations are a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit. Whether you’re meeting with a registered psychotherapist, registered social worker, or coach, this first meeting is a supportive space to share what you’re looking for, and explore how we can best support your goals. Together, we can determine whether our team and approach are the right match for your needs before moving forward.
If you are looking to book a consultation specifically for a one of our specialized programs, please check that the practitioner you are booking a consult with has the program in their offerings.”Future Pathways
“Many students experience decision paralysis when thinking about what comes next—whether that’s selecting courses, choosing a post-secondary pathway, or exploring potential careers.
The Future Pathways Session is designed to help students gain clarity by exploring their strengths, interests, and values in a structured and supportive environment. Rather than pressuring students to have everything figured out, this session helps them build confidence in exploring possibilities and making thoughtful decisions about their next steps.
Students will be guided through a strengths-based process to better understand how their abilities, personality, and interests can align with different academic and career pathways.”Life and Leadership Coaching
