About Rachel

Their own words
Rachel is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (License #: 17370). Rachel has experience working with both adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, with a special focus on anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and trauma. She is passionate about supporting clients in managing the overwhelming feelings that often accompany these challenges, and in helping them regain a sense of control and calm. Rachel’s approach is deeply integrative, blending evidence-based methods with a holistic focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Rachel’s practice is person-centred and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. By combining these modalities, she helps clients process and heal from trauma, manage OCD symptoms, and reduce anxiety, while also cultivating resilience and self-compassion. Rachel is warm, approachable, and deeply committed to supporting her clients through their healing journey. She understands how isolating anxiety, OCD, and trauma can feel, and she works with clients to create a safe, compassionate space for exploration and growth. Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, trauma-related memories, or overwhelming stress, Rachel is here to help you find relief and build a path toward a more peaceful and empowered life.
