Rachel Craig
Rachel began her journey in kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science, completing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Fraser Valley in 2023. From an early age, she was immersed in sports, passionately engaging in seven different team sports, including soccer, softball, rugby, and basketball. Her dedication eventually led her to compete in basketball at the PACWEST level, though it was rugby that captured her heart, prompting a permanent switch to the sport.

Rachel’s commitment to rugby saw her competing at both regional and provincial levels, where she gained firsthand experience with the demands of training and the challenges of recovery.
These experiences, along with a personal understanding of injury, sparked Rachel’s interest in a career focused on health promotion. Her approach is driven by a desire to help others navigate their own health journeys with confidence and resilience.
Outside of her work, Rachel enjoys connecting with friends, exploring the outdoors, and unwinding with a good board game.
