Rachel Gerhardt, RCC
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I work from a trauma-informed and strength-based lens to support individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, body image, relationships with food and physical activity, and women's health (such as during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum).
I also work with individuals feeling "burnt out" and exhausted from the stress in their life. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples.
I am focused on a collaborative approach and building a toolbox of skills clients can feel comfortable, confident, and ready to tackle their days with. Like the feeling you have after that first sip of a pumpkin spiced latte or fresh brew coffee on a cool fall morning. Let’s see if we’re a good fit, book a consultation and let's connect!
