About Rachel
I’m Rachel, and I work with adults who have often felt misunderstood, overlooked, or out of place or feeling like they don’t quite fit. Many of my clients are at a crossroads: shifting careers, redefining relationships, questioning long-held beliefs, or realizing that their current coping strategies are no longer working. They’re thoughtful and self-aware, but often overwhelmed, and ready for something that feels sustainable.
My style is direct, intuitive and strategic. Our sessions will feel collaborative, creative, and grounded in real connection. I value creating space for my clients where emotions can emerge naturally unfolding through conversation, silence, or alternative forms of expression.
I feel that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. The systems we move through and the identities we carry shape how we experience ourselves and the world. Because of this, I approach therapy with an awareness that your struggles exist within real contexts. I balance intuition with thoughtful exploration and practical skills and tools with humour. I will challenge you, kindly and intentionally, moving you towards where and who you want to be.
