Coming from a rich background of working with families and couples and mentorship for the past ten years, Rachel brings a safe and non-judgmental space to counselling. She is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact and collaborate closely with clients to empower them to overcome challenges, build resilience, and enhance their overall quality of life.
In working with individuals and couples, helping them understand and improve their relationships with themselves and others, Rachel emphasizes the power of connection and communication in the healing process. Rachel is also certified in SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts), working with dating, engaged and newlyweds looking to build a relationship that has what it takes to succeed.
Rachel also provides coaching and support, guiding clients through difficult life changes and making necessary adjustments to lead more fulfilling lives.
