Rachel is a RMT graduating with honours from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC. She truly values the improvements to functional abilities massage can offer and looks forward to using her education to help her patients. Her passion to become a RMT began after receiving massage following a sport injury.
Rachel’s practice revolves around rehabilitation and restoring soft tissue health that may be strained or restricted from activity, injury, surgery, pathology, postural imbalances, or overuse. By utilizing assessment and listening to her patients, Rachel aims to provide an effective massage to restore functional performance and healthy joint mobility. She also enjoys educating her patients with tips on how to prolong the benefits of massage.
When Rachel is not in the clinic she enjoys keeping active by spending her time in the mountains hiking or skiing. She loves weight training and balances out her days with a little yoga or reading as well.
