Rachelle has been practising as an Athletic Therapist since 2012. As well as working at The Athlete Centre, Rachelle teaches rehab and injury prevention to the student athletes with the Reynolds Secondary Soccer Academy and the Esquimalt High Rugby Academy. She has travelled the world working as the Head Athletic Therapist for the Field Hockey Canada Women's team and is currently the Head AT for the UVic Softall team. Rachelle has experience working with all types of movers from Professional Curlers to weekend pickleball players with recent joint replacements. Rachelle believes in mobility coupled with strength as the foundation of living, working and playing, pain-free. She develops rehabilitation plans based on current scientific and clinical practice standards. When she is not helping keep people active, you may find her in the curling rink, skiing or on the softball field.
