She is a registered nurse by background and a dedicated and compassionate counsellor. Her medical knowledge and experience working in emergency, psychiatry, naturopathic private practice, and community medicine allow her to bring a unique skill set and holistic approach to care. Raelene gets it, whether you are a healthcare provider, or have been a patient in the medical model for mental health or physical health issues, her experience will ensure that you receive the support and understanding you deserve.

Her goal is to empower you with effective coping strategies, foster resilience, and help you build healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.
Raelene is 2SLGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive. She is located on Treaty 7 territory in Mohkinstsis (Calgary) and is currently accepting new adult clients, across Treaties 6, 7, and 8 boundaries known as Alberta.

An education and counselling group for neurodivergent (ADHD & Autistic) young adults ages 18-24. This group runs on Wednesday evenings from September 10 to October 29. Registration is for all 8 sessions for a total price of $540.
