Raised in rural Thailand, Puiy was introduced to Thai Massage by a respected village elder as a way of helping both the local farming community and her father, a well-known Thai boxer. From an early age, she experienced Thai healing not simply as bodywork, but as a meaningful tradition of care, balance, and support passed from one generation to the next. Puiy later continued her formal studies in Nuad Boran, meditation, and Thai Yoga at Wat Pho in Bangkok, widely recognized as the spiritual home of Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Medicine. Through years of study and practice, she achieved one of the highest levels of certification available and went on to become both a Registered Thai Therapist and Instructor. As the founder of Thai Healing Center, Puiy is honoured to share the depth, wisdom, and authenticity of Traditional Thai healing with the Thunder Bay community.
