Do you wish you had a go-to person to call for parenting advice ? As a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and their families. My goal is to bring more joy to your parenting journey and deepen the bonds with the people who matter most in your life.
I work from an attachment-focused foundation, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches to meet each child and family where they are. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional intensity, behavioural challenges, school-related stress, or whether you simply feel overwhelmed and unsure of the next developmental step. I offer a warm, evidence-based space to find clarity and move forward.
As a mother of three, I know firsthand that parenting is hard. You are not meant to navigate it alone. There is no shortage of conflicting expert advice and sorting through it while managing real family life is exhausting. I offer parent coaching that cuts through the noise and gets back to what matters most: your values, your child, and your relationship with them. You are the expert on your own child. I bring the tools that help parents feel more connected to their children.Children rarely change in isolation. For the most lasting progress, I warmly welcome you into the active process - to be curious and be partners learning alongside your child.
My background as a Licensed School Psychologist gives me a deep understanding of learning disabilities, ADHD, and social-behavioural challenges — and how these show up not just at school, but at home and in family relationships. In my counselling practice, I draw on this expertise to support parents and children navigating these challenges together.
With a Master's in Educational Psychology from Université de Caen Normandie, France, and over six years of experience working within school systems and private practice, I bring both clinical depth and a grounded understanding of what children face day to day — inside the classroom and beyond.
I offer therapy in English, Russian, and French. I understand that culture, language, and family values are not background details — they are the heart of who we are. Having navigated multiple cultures and languages myself, I understand how deeply our background shapes the way we parent, connect, and seek help. Support doesn't have to be long-term. If there is something specific on your mind, we can work through it together and for many families, a few targeted conversations make all the difference. If you are ready to take the first step, I would be honoured to walk alongside you and your family.
