Full Bio: Rania is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, and can practice in Quebec, and New Brunswick, with specialized training in Clinical/Counselling and Rehabilitation Psychology. She offers comprehensive psychological assessments and therapy, with expertise in working with first responders, veterans, and BIPOC clients especially when presentations differ from “typical” clinical profiles.
Her approach is egalitarian, multicultural, harm-reduction, and client-centred, believing every person’s story is unique and deserves to be heard without judgment. Rania draws from ACT, CBT, EMDR, DBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and more.
She creates safe spaces where clients can navigate challenges together like co-pilots finding the best route forward. Outside of work, you’ll find her outdoors year-round, traveling, painting, or caring for animals.
