Razzel is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping others feel and move better. With a diverse background in nursing, law enforcement, and over eight years of experience in Muay Thai, weight training, and Pilates, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the body and movement to her work. Her multidisciplinary experience shapes a thoughtful, client-focused approach that emphasizes identifying the root causes of discomfort and supporting lasting wellness. Whether her clients are recovering from injuries, managing ongoing tension, or simply prioritizing self-care, Razzel offers tailored treatments to meet their unique needs and goals. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. While she has a special interest in supporting active lifestyles and rehabilitation, her primary goal is to help clients achieve overall well-being through effective, preventative care. Outside of the clinic, Razzel leads an active and balanced life. She enjoys outdoor time with her son, keeps up a regular Pilates routine, and continues to train in Muay Thai. She also values self-care and makes time for massage, physiotherapy, and proper rest. Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilonggo, Razzel creates an inclusive and supportive space for people of all backgrounds.
