About Rebecca
Their own wordsRebecca has always been captivated by movement and the resiliency of the human body. As a
strong believer in holistic care, she strives to meet an individual where they are and empower
them to be a hero in their own story.
Rebecca completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge before
venturing out to Vancouver, B.C. to earn her Master’s in Physical Therapy. As a lifelong learner,
Rebecca has additional post-graduate training in manual therapy, strength training for older
adults, dry needling (IMS), yoga (200hr), and clinical pilates. She obtained her certification
course for the treatment of stroke and brain injury through the Neuro-Developmental Treatment
Association (NDTA) in 2022. Rebecca has also completed further neurological education in
vestibular rehab and functional neurological disorders (FND).
Rebecca is passionate about neurological rehabilitation; the integration of clinical pilates for
prehab and rehab; and getting active people back to movement they enjoy! She has extensive
experience treating a spectrum of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, having worked
in a wide range of clinical settings from inpatient neurological rehab to private practice.
When Rebecca is not in the clinic, you can find her exploring the beautiful outdoors with her
partner and dog, lifting weights at the local gym, road cycling, or enjoying a pilates class.
Chronic Pain AssessmentNew patient
“Struggling with Chronic Pain? We know chronic pain is a different beast. It requires a different type of assessment and treatment that often cannot be accommodated for in a regular clinic. We want to allow extra time to hear your story and give you a customized treatment plan that will be appropriate for you and your pain levels. We want enough time for patient education and to start you back into moving safely and in a supported way. Quite often the body will be afraid to move- or forget how to move properly. We can use clinical pilates as a way of helping re-train the nervous system and the body to start moving again.”Clinical Pilates AssessmentNew patient
