Rehab Ali is a professional who has a deep passion for helping others. She graduated with honors from Trillium College in 2014 and is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). During her studies, Rehab volunteered in numerous community programs and gained diverse clinical experience in a variety of settings. Over the years, she has treated a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, frozen shoulder, acute and sports injuries, sciatic pain, pregnancy-related concerns, inflammatory conditions, and stress-related issues Rehab continually expands her skills to provide the most effective, individualized care. Her advanced training includes cupping massage, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic ultrasound, Indian head massage, Reiki, and Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours), along with numerous workshops in pain, posture, and performance. Her strong background in anatomy, physiology, and orthopedic assessment allows her to create tailored treatment plans that help clients achieve their wellness goals. Outside the clinic, Rehab enjoys hiking with her husky, Apollo, and quality time with her family
