Welcome! I’m Ria, and I’m so glad you’re taking this courageous step to explore therapy. Therapy means different things to each of us—whether it’s rediscovering yourself, healing past wounds, or fostering personal growth, I’m here to support you at every step.
Do you feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, juggling work, family, or social commitments? Perhaps you feel misunderstood or isolated. It can be challenging to feel as though life’s adversities are controlling you, but together, we can work towards helping you regain balance and discover peace.
As a first-generation South Asian immigrant, I understand the challenges of navigating a new cultural identity while staying connected to one’s roots. This journey often brings a range of emotions, and I’m here to support you. By sharing a safe and compassionate space, we can honour your experiences and work towards integrating your cultural story with your personal goals.
Everyone has a unique story, and I am honoured to hear yours. With unconditional positive regard, I create a collaborative, respectful, and supportive environment to help you feel seen and understood. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based modalities like cognitive behavioural therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and parts work to create a tailored approach that aligns with your needs and aspirations.
I’m here to help you embrace your strengths, rewrite your narrative, and achieve the life you envision for yourself. Let’s take this journey together.
