Riley graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2025 after realizing that massage therapy was a harmonizing addition to her alternative medicine background of herbal medicine and nutrition. She has worked with clients for years, providing holistic care for folks from all walks of life. Due to her love of fitness and the outdoors, Riley decided to become an RMT to help her clients feel their best in doing what they love. She is committed to providing inclusive care for all bodies in a collaborative and empowering way. Riley provides an individualized approach to her clients and strongly believes that learning to listen and understand body signals is imperative in healing. Riley grew up in the Kootenays, where she was an avid skier, soccer player, and dancer. She loves to read, hike, cycle, weight lift, and is generally the happiest when she’s in the woods. She feels grateful to live in such a beautiful place on Vancouver Island.

$170 total service charge: $115 massage therapy (45 minutes) + $55 Reiki (30 min). This deeply restorative treatment begins with a 30-minute Reiki session, followed by a 45-minute massage. Thoughtfully designed to support your body, mind, and spirit, this combination invites you into a space of replenishment, relaxation, and alignment. Reiki is a gentle, grounding practice that supports the movement of stuck or stagnant energy in the body. It allows energy to move through in whatever way feels safe. Treatment may include both hands-on and hands-off techniques, always guided by your comfort and consent. Some of the many benefits of Reiki include a sense of safety and calm, rest and emotional replenishment, clarity, increased ease, relief from physical discomfort, stress reduction, strengthening of intuition, energetic clearing and balance. Following Reiki, massage therapy will help support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate. With a holistic approach, we’ll address areas of physical tension while also considering your overall well-being. Please note: Reiki is a separate discipline and is not within the scope of registered massage therapy (RMT). It will not be covered by extended health benefits and will be billed separately from the massage portion of treatment. The full 75-minute session includes time for discussion before and after treatment, as well as any home care recommendations.
