Riley Drombolis
About Riley
Their own wordsHello! My name is Riley. If you are here it may be because your child or teen is struggling and you’re trying to figure out how best to support them. I’m a Registered Social Worker (MSW) with over fifteen years of experience helping children, youth, and their families navigate depression, anxiety, big emotions, stress, and difficult life experiences. I am passionate about supporting children and teens with mental health struggles.
My goal is to create a warm, safe space where children and teens feel comfortable opening up, exploring their feelings, and learning new ways to cope and heal. I also support parents and caregivers, because being a parent can be tough and your wellness matters too.
My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in trust and connection. Kids and teens need to feel seen, heard, and respected, and I take the time to build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and comfortable for them.
I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including:
• Trauma -Informed
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Attachment-informed strategies
• Self-regulation and mind-body approaches
I understand that every child is unique. My role is to meet them exactly where they are with patience, curiosity, and compassion.
