You're not alone, and you're not broken. Many of the people I work with have tried to “just talk it out” or push through on their own, only to realize they need something deeper, more connected, and more supportive.
My name is Robin Johal (MSW, RSW), and I offer individual therapy for those ready to heal at their own pace. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, burnout, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, our work together will be rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and curiosity never judgment.
