Ruby became a yoga teacher after experiencing a debilitating mental health diagnosis. Her determination to heal led her to a variety of pathways including alternative mind-body methods. Her journey led her to become a teacher specializing in trauma informed practices. She is very passionate about sharing yoga with others. Yoga is not something to do. It is a way to stay in being and to live in the present moment. She wants to teach people that the real practice of yoga happens beyond the mat. Yoga is a way of life. One of the ways she uses to guide her practice is following lunations of the moon along with essential oil protocols.
