About Ryan

Ryan graduated with his Bachelor of Science, Major in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University (SFU). He has also completed his Diploma in Human Kinetics at Capilano University, and a Certificate in Health and Fitness at SFU. Ryan is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. He has experience working with a wide range of clients from cardiac rehabilitation to professional hockey performance training. Ryan focuses on injury prevention and sport performance. He is passionate about using his knowledge of strength and conditioning to help individuals of all levels to reach their health and performance goals. Ryan loves to work in group settings as well as one-on-one training. Ryan’s background is in competitive hockey and lacrosse. He currently coaches Midget Hockey with the Northeast Chiefs and Burnaby Minor Hockey Association. He continues to play hockey himself, and is an avid golfer.
