Specializing in managing anxiety, depression, and stress, I offer a compassionate and supportive environment where you can explore your true self and rewrite your life narrative. I've had over 12 years of experience supporting the mental and emotional well-being of students, individuals, and professionals, including as a psychological counsellor, hypnotist, contributor of therapeutic literature, and psychological coach for Chinese athletes to help them maintain their mental states in world championships. In addition to my clinical experience, I also bring my lived experience as a teacher, engineer, full-time mother, and corporate manager into our sessions by holding a deeper understanding of challenges that individuals can face in various aspects of life, work, and learning.
