Areas of Expertise** - Sports Injuries - ICBC Motor Vehicle Injuries - Overuse Injuries - Stress Alleviation **What I bring to the table** I’m a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy program and prior to this, I had over a decade of experience working as a Shiatsu Therapist and as a residential care aid for adults with development disabilities and mental health conditions. Both of these skills and experiences complemenet my massage therapy. My proficiencies include a variety of corrective techniques, among which include myofascial, neuromuscular, IASTM, and joint mobilizations. **A little backstory** As a life long Vancouverite, I understood early on that helping others was something I enjoyed and connected with. While I thought that counselling was my calling (majored in psychology at SFU), I soon realized that I had more confidence in supporting people with my hands than with my words. **Outside the clinic** When I’m not out admiring or creating collage art, you can find me walking my dog around the neighbourhood or nearest park, enjoying some bougie tea (self-proclaimed tea snob) or learning my next new skill (Youtube self taught crocheter).
