These are standard 25 minute in person follow-up sessions, allowing for a quick 5 minute check-in, a treatment, and a couple of minutes at the end to suggest tinctures or supplements. If you feel like you will need more time to talk, if you haven't been in for awhile and will need more update time, or if you would like more time for any reason, then a 55 min appointment would be the perfect choice instead.

55 minute in-person appointments combine modalities, allow more time for multiple acupuncture aspects, and allow more treatment time as well as more talk time. If you are just needing a standard follow-up, 25 minute sessions are a great choice instead.

This booking is for thorough health history intake, as well as treatment. Treatment includes Acupuncture, but may also include other modalities; such as cupping, gua sha (scraping the surface of the skin with smooth tool), SIT Somatics, etc. Whichever treatment plan is discussed and agreed upon with client and practitioner.

Certain exceptions may be made) For new, first-time clients, your Initial Distance Session by phone uses various forms of integral/energy medicine modalities customized for you. (For obvious reasons, these are not acupuncture / Chinese Medicine sessions 😊). Initial consultations and treatment are 80 minutes long in order to allow enough time to go over your form, chat about you, introduce you to the work Colleen does, and still have time to treat you energetically so you can end you call with some changes happening!
