My goal is to work with you to discover your needs and understand your current obstacles; this will allow me to design an individualized plan to support your mental health and overall well-being!

I use a non-judgmental, strength-based, collaborative approach in my work with teens, young people, and adults experiencing difficulties with but not limited to: life transitions, relationships, anxiety, and stress/burnout. I have a particular interest in supporting post-secondary students at all stages of their education.

I'm accepting new clients, and I offer in-person or virtual sessions. Your comfort is important to me!
