About Samantha
Samantha Panter is an experienced Practicing Registered Massage Therapist with an impressive 19-year journey in holistic well-being. As an Indigenous Two-Spirited Haida woman, Samantha actively shapes cultural safety, humility, and anti-racism in healthcare. She contributed to the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) in 2023, and the training course she initiated was launched in 2024 to all active registrants in BC.
Additionally, Samantha served as a Rainbow Ontario Health Advisor, specializing in 2SLGBTQ+ Parenthood, offering inclusive post-partum care and beyond. She also hosts workshops for women called 'Medicine of the Feminine.'
Samantha has undergone a transformative journey from fear to empowerment, creating environments that embrace inclusivity and empowerment. She advocates for compassionate, culturally safe care and sheds light on gaps in women's healthcare.
Samantha brings a variety of techniques to her Massage Therapy practice, including Swedish massage, osteopathic, craniosacral therapy, visceral (organ) manipulation, and positional release therapy (PRT). She graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2006.
