Their own wordsDr. Nicholson is our Chiropractor and Acupuncture provider she obtained an honors degree in Kinesiology from York University in 2001.
Following graduation, she worked as the senior Kinesiologist for 5 years at the Better Body Scarborough location (formerly Centre for Active Rehabilitation) before returning to school to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2012.
Upon graduating, Dr. Nicholson completed the Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture program at CMCC. Samara specializes in relieving pain and improving physical function of her patients by identifying the root cause of the problem.
She uses a variety of techniques, with a special focus on manual adjustments, joint mobilization, clinical acupuncture, muscle release techniques, and rehabilitative exercises.
