The approach I take is personable, client centered and practical. I often invite my clients to reflect on how things are progressing and together, we find ways to ensure we are moving in the right direction and at the right pace.

In my practice, I most often utilize cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy and utilize emotion-based resources. Additionally, I also offer coaching aimed at developing assertiveness and boundary setting to help improve relationships. I am passionate about impacting a family unit through the important work of couples counselling. My primary goals with couples counselling include creating better communication, practicing positive conflict resolution, and staying connected so couples may thrive in and out of their relationship.

Growing up for me was a journey of combining 2 different cultures and forming a deeper understanding of my true self and cultural identity. Enjoying various cultural cuisines, reading, competitive board games with loved ones and winding down with a puzzle and music are some things I love to do when I am not working.
