Sarah is a compassionate and dedicated Massage Therapist, certified by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC). Graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC in 2020, Sarah combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for empowering her clients. In treatment, she utilizes a wide variety of treatment techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, PNF stretching & Myofascial Release. Sarah is invested in holding a therapeutic space for her patients to relax & recover enabling you an opportunity to re-connect deeply to your body. Sarah has a keen interest in treating pathologies of the neck, face and head such as temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), tension headaches and chronic stress.
