With a strong desire to help others, whether it be everyday aches and pains or sports injuries, Sarah has embarked on a journey to become a skilled massage therapist, combining knowledge with empathy to promote health and well-being. Growing up, Sarah Jane has developed an early interest in sports, health, and wellness through sports such as volleyball, basketball and weight lifting. Her passion is not only driven by a desire for healing others, but is also deeply rooted in her personal experiences with overcoming multiple injuries such as ACL reconstruction and ankle sprains. During her spare time, you can find Sarah at the gym, patio hopping, or at the dog park with the dog, Leo!
