Sarah graduated from CDI’s RMT program and is passionate about helping people feel their best. With training in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, pathologies, and injuries, she is committed to helping clients achieve their goals. Her approach to massage therapy encompasses a variety of techniques, including: deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and the restorative benefits of Swedish massage. Sarah’s training and practical experience has taught her how to adapt her treatments to fit each person’s unique needs. Sarah has additional training in pregnancy massage, prenatal and postpartum breast treatments, along with common post surgical intervention treatments for breast tissue. When Sarah is not working, she is either spending time with her husband and two kids, weight training, attending dance classes, or practicing yoga.

This person has graduated from a certified massage therapy college program and is awaiting the provincial licensing exams. This person is NOT yet a Registered Massage Therapist. Extended health plans will NOT cover these treatments. This type of treatment is best suited for those who do not have extended health benefits and/or have already used up their allotment for the year for massage therapy, as these treatments will be at a lower cost.
