Kids Massage Therapy (Ages 5–12) Parent/guardian must remain present during the appointment. Help your child build body awareness early. A 60-minute appointment includes time for initial or follow-up discussion within that scheduled hour. To ensure quality care and maintain professional standards, appointments cannot extend beyond the booked time. This allows the practitioner adequate time for clinical note-taking, sanitizing the treatment space, and preparing fresh linens for the next client. Thank you for respecting these time boundaries. After the first trimester, clients will be positioned in a side-lying position with supportive pillows to ensure comfort and safety during the massage. Therapeutic massage, with focus in relaxation to decrease stress and tension. The overall aim is increasing circulation to the muscles and soft tissue to promote relaxation and healing.
