Sarah Orlina is driven by a passion for practical healing and genuine human connection. With a background in a Master's in theology and her bachelor's in journalism, she values listening to people's stories, understanding the human experience in all its facets. Focusing her master's thesis on trauma, she strives to integrate trauma-informed care into her treatments. Thriving in musculoskeletal rehab work, Sarah finds joy in both the physical and emotional aspects of massage therapy. Her approach centers on empathy and effectiveness, tailoring each session to the client's needs and fostering a sense of connection and holistic well-being. Beyond her studies, Sarah leads a group dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in reconciling faith and sexuality, reflecting her commitment to advocacy and inclusivity. In her leisure time, she unwinds by playing video games, staying active by living at the gym in her spare time, and sometimes taking a book to a cafe only to read a page and call it a day.
