If I could tell clients one thing, it would be that they can feel comfortable sharing anything with me, knowing I won’t be judging them for their “darkest secrets”. When we feel like we are the only ones struggling, we can feel very alone and believe there is something “wrong” with us. I believe that as humans, we all struggle. I also believe that every single person deserves having support. You don’t need to go through your struggles alone.
