Sarah Stockall
About Sarah
Their own wordsIn my past life before becoming a therapist, I was in a soul-sucking career where I felt burnt out and unfulfilled. I was also suffering from a pelvic pain condition that made me feel disconnected from myself and others. I had a feeling there must be more to this thing called life, and that’s when I started my journey toward healing through therapy!I have always been curious about people and understanding the “why” behind their patterns and behaviours. I love to build meaningful connections with others by going deep and holding space for their stories and authentic emotions (she doesn’t really do small talk, aha!) My intuition told me I could transform my pain into power and help others along the way. I’m so glad I listened to that gut feeling and decided to pursue a career as a therapist. I believe my curiosity, compassionate nature, and lived experiences make me equipped to help others overcome any struggles that are stopping them from living a fulfilling life!
