I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) offering neurodivergent-affirming counselling in-person in Port Moody and virtually across BC. I'm neurodivergent myself, and that lived experience shapes how I show up with clients — I'm not here to make you "less ADHD" or "less Autistic." I'm here to help you understand how your brain works, build a life that fits it, and heal from the ways the world hasn't always made space for you. **I specialize in:** - ADHD, Autism & AuDHD (adults and teens 13+) - Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) - Trauma & PTSD - Anxiety, Self-Esteem & Self-Worth - Addiction - Learning Disabilities & Giftedness I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, including: - EMDR - Rewind Technique - Clinical Hypnosis - DBT I previously trained in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach and in Educational Therapy, working with folks with learning disabilities. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or have known for years that your brain works differently, you don't have to explain or justify yourself here. This is a space built around how you actually work — not how you're "supposed to." I work with individuals ages 13 and up, in-person in Port Moody or virtually anywhere in BC. I hold a Master of Counselling degree and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
