Therapeutic Facial – 30 Minutes This treatment combines therapeutic facial massage with restorative skincare to help reduce tension, improve circulation, and leave the skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. As this treatment is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist, it may be eligible for coverage under extended health benefit plans. The session includes therapeutic massage of the face and neck to help relax tight muscles, reduce stress and tension, and promote healthy circulation. Increased circulation supports healthy tissue function and contributes to a naturally refreshed, radiant appearance. The treatment also includes gentle cleansing, warm towel compresses, professional serums, moisturizer, and finishing products selected based on your skin's needs. This treatment is ideal for clients looking for a quick refresh, facial tension relief, or a relaxing addition to their self-care routine. If jaw pain, clenching, or facial tension are ongoing concerns, TMJ-focused treatment can also be incorporated into the session or scheduled more extensively in a future appointment.
This specialized TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) Massage is designed to target the muscles and areas surrounding the jaw, face, and neck to relieve discomfort caused by TMJ dysfunction. Whether you're experiencing jaw pain, headaches, teeth grinding, or neck stiffness, this treatment focuses on reducing muscle tension, improving mobility, and alleviating pain related to TMJ issues. Using a combination of intra-oral and extra-oral techniques, gentle pressure, and stretching, this session helps to relax tight jaw muscles, reduce inflammation, and restore balance to the temporomandibular joint. TMJ massage can be a game-changer for those suffering from chronic jaw tension, clenching, or related symptoms. If you're new to TMJ therapy, we can discuss follow-up treatments to ensure ongoing relief and lasting results. As always, this treatment can be done as part of a longer session if you prefer more areas addressed.
Your first session is designed to get to know your body and your goals, while giving you real relief from tension, pain, or stiffness. 60 minutes is best if you’d like to focus on one main area of concern and the surrounding muscles. 90 minutes allows time to address more than one area of tension or create a fuller body reset, leaving you feeling balanced and restored. Each session blends Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, with Facial work, Stretching, Gua-Sha, Cupping and Range-of-Motion included as needed to support deeper release and improved mobility. If you experience jaw pain, clenching, or headaches, we can also begin TMJ-focused work in your very first session, or plan it into a future treatment depending on what feels right for you. This first appointment sets the foundation for your care, and together we’ll decide on the best approach to help you move forward with less pain and more freedom in your body. Subsequent sessions build on your previous treatments, focusing on your current area of concern. If jaw pain or clenching continues to be an issue, we can incorporate limited TMJ work within this timeframe or schedule it more fully in a future session.
A longer session for when your body needs a deeper reset. With 90 minutes, I can address more than one area of tension and create a more complete treatment flow from head to toe. This is ideal if you’re managing multiple problem areas, need extra detail in your session, or simply want the time and space to feel fully renewed. Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, along with facial work, stretching, or Gua-Sha as needed, are combined to leave you with lasting relief and a sense of whole-body balance. TMJ work can also be included if required.
