Sarah’s journey into massage therapy began with a lifelong interest in holistic health and healing, but it wasn’t until later in life—after dedicating years to raising her family—that she pursued her dream of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Her practice is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a deep desire to support clients through their unique wellness journeys.
Sarah has a particular interest in nervous system regulation, craniosacral therapy, trauma-informed care, and somatic exercise. She is committed to ongoing education and will be pursuing advanced training in these areas to better serve her clients with a gentle, integrative, and effective approach to healing.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Sarah outdoors—hiking, paddle boarding, or snowshoeing—or enjoying cozy time with her beloved dog, Daisy.
