Sarah’s treatment goals are to provide her patients with a positive, safe and comfortable experience, through attentive listening and therapeutic touch. As part of her scope of practice she’s pleased to offer education on the importance of movement, self-care and of maintaining proper rest and recovery. Areas of particular interest are stress and mental health, headaches, prenatal, as well as general maintenance and wellbeing. In her personal time she enjoys being creative, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her dog.
