This 30-minute virtual session is designed to support your recovery after birth and is recommended around 3-5 weeks postpartum. During the appointment, Savanna will review your birth story, postpartum concerns/symptoms, and goals and provide guidance on pelvic floor healing, pain management, and returning to daily activities or exercise. This consultation also allows Savanna to gather important information in advance so that when you attend your in-person visit (normally around 6-8 weeks postpartum), an individualized treatment plan is already prepared and you can begin treatment right away. The session is completed online, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home while caring for your newborn.
